Tactical Athletes must be Strong, Fast and Agile, but also have the Endurance to perform repeatedly.
How do I train as a Tactical Athlete?
As a Tactical athlete I work on my Muscular Endurance, Strength and Cardiovascular Stamina. (MY MUSCLES AND MY ENGINE) I could be the most powerful or fastest athlete in the world, but it won't matter if i can't sustain my performance when it's needed most. If i tire easily, i could put my life, or a muckers life in danger.
As a Tactical Athlete I must train for the unknown and the unknowable.
As a Tactical Athlete i must have the ability to perform on demand.
You don’t know when, where, how long or how many you may contend against.
You can’t fake performance or endurance. There is no substitute for physical preparation. Your goal is not only to survive but also to thrive in the ever-changing, dynamic Tactical Environment.
It’s about performance on demand. You must be ready in season and out of season because in the tactical world, there is no off season!
