Created from the foundations of Farren’s British Army background and years of Tactical Training experience, with tried and tested methods proven to get the results you want to achieve. Because the programme is bodyweight, it offers flexibility so the workoutscan be done from home, at the gym or outdoors. Are you ready to put the graft in?

How it works

First you will start with a Fitness Test to see your current fitness level, every week there will be 3 workouts, Monday (to get the week started), Wednesday and Friday (to finish the week strong). These staggered days will provide you with a much needed 48-hour recovery window between eachworkout.

Throughout the programme you will be faced with fitness challenges a great chance to push yourself and max out. Then at the end of the programme, you will repeat the Fitness Test to see your progress and how far you’ve come.

This workout uses bodyweight exercises, so all you will need is a watch, distance to measure (using an app) and equipment that will help you with incline and decline on certain exercises – I use anything from a weighted daysack, benches, chairs, anything that will hold weight And a pull up bar.

How fit do I need to be?

The Tactical Bootcamp is a body weight programme, with the option to add additional body weight - if you want to push yourself or are a more advanced athlete.

This means you don’t need to be fit, just keen to get fitter and healthier. You’ll find your fitness, strength and agility improves over the weeks. The results you get depends on how hard you push yourself – you can work up a sweat when your ready.
