What To Expect
This new e-book is filled with 20 Tactical Athlete Conditioning Workouts inspired by Tactical Thursday and 20 Varied Run exercises that are engineered and programmed in order to hit a personal best 5K time! This will in turn expand your capabilities by continuously pushing you to the next level both physically and mentally.


The e-book provides information on FM Coaching, the benefits of the programme, then dives into the different styles of training, stretching, and provides a detailed training guide on RPE, TAB, LISS, AMRAP, EMOM exercises and much more!


Structure Of The Programme
At the beginning of the programme you will put your current fitness level to the test which would be logged for future purposes.
From there, you would implement the 10 Week training plan into your lifestyle by engaging in 4 workouts per week, including Tactical Days that take place on Tuesdays and Fridays. These exercises are scalable in difficulty depending on your ability, making the e-book an essential tool for all Tactical Athletes regardless of your skill and experience.


As you train you will notice an increase in your capabilities as a tactical athlete, but the impact of the programme will also be determined by how much effort you put into pushing yourself beyond your boundaries and levels of comfort to reach the next level.


In the final week of the programme, you will carry out the same test you took at the start of the programme to record your new time and compare it with your previous result to see how much you've improved, followed by a Tactical Day Re-Test to push you to your limits and expand your capabilities even further.
